We have now agreed venues for these meeting and all clubs, along with officials and players (hence why I've copied captains in) for ALL clubs, players and officials are invited to these meetings, which are as follow:
12th December 2023, 7pm start at Chapel C C
This is to accommodate Chapel CC, Hayfield CC, Birch Vale CC, Dove Holes CC, Whaley Bridge CC, and Buxworth CC
13th December 2023, 7pm start at Tintwistle C C
This is to accommodate Tintwistle CC, Broadbottom CC, Hollingworth CC, Dinting CC, Old Glossop CC, Newton CC, Charlesworth CC and Stalybridge.

14th December 2023, 7pm start at High Lane C C.
This is to accommodate High Lane CC, Hazel Grove CC, New Mills CC and Pott Shrigley CC.
The chairman, Karl Williams and Secretary, Mike Stansfield will be in attendance at all three meetings, accompanied by another Management Committee Member.
NOTHING will be decided at these meetings. We are hoping those in attendance will take their comments and thoughts back to the clubs so that those attending the Special General Meeting will be voting on behalf of the club rather than themselves.
We also appreciate this is short notice BUT we have to give clubs time to discuss this matter prior to the SGM and, with Christmas being in the middle, we also wanted to give you as much time as possible.
For Reference the Special General meeting is on Thursday 11th January 2023, 7.30pm start at Chapel CC.
There will be an Executive Meeting held directly afterwards to address other matters raised at the AGM and the meeting afterwards.
